Individual Counseling
These are one-on-one sessions. We generally meet one time a week. We work together to set therapeutic goals, and when reached, we discuss the next step.
This is a collaborative process between us. During this process, we can look at specific issues (e.g. anxiety, depression, addiction, sexual integrity, past or current trauma, etc.) or everyday concerns (e.g. relationships and family problems, career issues, etc.). I want my office to provide a safe place for you to explore your life and discover the change you are seeking.
We will work to help you find healing, growth and maturity as an individual. One of our goals will be to help you learn how to better live your story through the process of rediscovering a deeper sense of self, developing more authentic relationships and living increasingly fulfilling lives.
We will help you be who you are made to be, so you can do what you are made to do.
